The Donut Connection structure is no longer there as demolition crews got busy knocking the building down and loading the debris into dumpsters making way for a new building and new business. The new business is said to be Chipotle and they are famous for its customizable, freshly prepared burritos, bowls and tacos served in a fast casual format. This new addition to the Plaza compliments the most recent businesses that have been built over the past several years. It’s unclear when the new building will be built, but sources reported sometime in 2027.
